Emily Owens is an intern , she loves Will Collins an old friend , but he falls in love with Cassandra Kopelson. Micah Barnes falls in love with Emily Owens, and there is more and more complicity between them. One night, they kiss. Surgeon Gina Bandari is a strict woman and she wants to save lives, so she decides to choose the best intern between Doctor Emily Owens, Doctor Cassandra Kopelson and Doctor Will Collins. But Doctor Will Collins is finally disqualified. So who's going to win?
